Great show, but I think you need to spend more time with each guest. I saw Scott Kurtz and got very excited, but was disappointed when it lasted thirty seconds.

The show doesn't look bad. How come nobody picked this up? A Youtube channel might even be doable.
One word of advice though: the shirt over t-shirt that you Scott was wearing in the studio is a definite no-no. More stylish clothing is required for TV. Oliver had it right.
