  • Actually his family spoke Wolaitan, not Amharic. But he is learning Amharic through a friend who is Ethiopian and can say many things in Amharic-even though its not his first language...

  • talk to him in amriga , teach him amriga , will ya?

  • is amriga the same as Amharic? we have an Ethiopian woman who cares for the boys who speaks Amharic to him every day. But they did not speak Amharic where he came from....

  • If he speaks Amrgna is ok- and then he will leanr to speak wolaita also... The most important thing is that he save- he leads an acceptble life and we pray God for a ery Great future for HIm and all Ethiopian children like he was (without no one careing of him)

  • is that your broblem? he is her kid....yefelegechewen tasetemerewe lejewa newe:

  • aww your baby is sooo cute

  • All I can say is God bless you, for giving those kids a future in this wonderful promise land. I tell you one thing, your biological kids will learn to appreciate what they have because of them and will use the unbelievable opportunity that they have. Most kids don't know how lucky to be American. I only live here for 4 years and God blessed my time and now am a graduate in Civil Engineering and have a very impressive job and got my a 2 month old son. I can't appreciate you enough.

  • Truly Gods love shines through you. I can tell you I thank God and my American family for sponsoring me. Because of them I was able to live freely, get good education and be able to go back and help my people. I cried when viewed your story. Please know that what a blessing you are to God and for the future of your new adopted kids. Thank you for sharing your home and your heart!!!

  • Maybe he will learn how to speak wolliata when he grows up. Nice effort with the amharinga though.

  • goodness gracious people need to stop being critical on how this women is raising her own child. There are plenty of habesha children with habesha parents that dont even know how to say a simple greeting. Byrne76 God bless you for adopting and caring for a child that needed it.
