Candlepin Bowling (From Sammy White's!) - Kathy Fuller vs. Toni Marie Baldinelli (Part 1)

Here's one of the last 2 shows I have from Sammy White's, and it's certainly a great one. I'm not really sure when this was from, I wanna guess it was at the beginning of the 1985-1986 season of Candlepin Bowling.

This match certainly showed two contrasting styles between Kathy Fuller and Toni Marie Baldinelli, but it certainly did not change some of the AMAZING shots that happened in this match.

Yep, and 2 of the 3 houses that Stars and Strikes hosted are still around (Leda Lanes and Park Place) but Londonderry closed down quite awhile ago.

Seems like there's a channel 5 curse, cause Sammy White's closed down in 1986 and Fairway lanes in closing next month where Channel 5 taped from 1986-1996.

It's sadly slowly dying. I think not having a TV show really hurts as well. The last day for Fairway is next month, I think it's May 18th. A bunch of us should get together sometime before that and all go bowling there.

The Fairway is closing??? A dark day indeed....I bowled there for the Mass State Tournament years ago.
