When someone questions your beliefs or says that you are wrong, instead of spewing rhetoric, why not actually study the argument and look at the information available and determine, with evidence, who is right. When an expert is cited, look up their credentials, etc. If a document is mentioned, read it, etc. Many New Testament authors quote Enoch (an older scripture) several times throughout the NT but have you ever bothered to read it? If the authors of the Bible thought it was an important text (and almost made it in the Bible) then why don't you?

  • haha did you know that the song name is actually you fuck lime my dad... just wanted to point it out

  • @Cryswhatever - Lime? lol ;-) Good Song huh?

  • Microchemical evaluation has indicated no evidence of any spices, oils, or any biochemicals known to be produced by the body in life or in death. It is clear that there has been a direct contact of the Shroud with a body, which explains certain features such as scourge marks, as well as the blood.

  • Damn, I don't believe you read any of the report. You know there is a newer one right? First of all McCrone did reproduce the shroud and clearly identified these chemicals you are talking about. You know it's important to read books by people who disagree with the people you agree with. In the official report they said the "blood" couldn't have been blood because when magnified it shows up as black. Seriously, go back to school and learn something useful.

  • the Pirahã tribe of the amazon has no creation story and they don't want any. all people should study them.

  • well this video blows cock, but the music is good.

  • No, Jesus did not do anything at all... You did it, you have the power to do anything you want. There isnt some emotional contact with god we can feel every now and then. If there was dont you feel like it would be used all the time? HEY, need to froget about your father and mother being disembowled by a train? Take the Jesus express where all your emotional problems will be solved...

  • The scientists were not hand picked by the Catholic church. *sigh*. That is simply not the case. You guys claim that we are being lied to and deserve the truth, but when it's staring you straight in the face, you cannot, or rather will not, recognize it as such. I pity you, my friend.

  • First of all the scientists were hand picked by the Catholic Church and this group is no where near peer reviewed. No secular scientists are allowed any where near the shroud. Most of the people studying the shroud couldn't even qualify as a scientist. One was even just a Captain in the Air Force. Walter C. McCrone, who studied the shroud and who has credentials to back up his research, completely debunks the shroud as anything other than a painting. Pseudo-Science fails again.

  • However, while this type of contact might explain some of the features of the torso, it is totally incapable of explaining the image of the face with the high resolution that has been amply demonstrated by photography.
