To go deeper, it isnt about having fewer kids so mcuh as having fewer kids that are unwanted and unprepared for, therefore a burden to the system.
The dem guest was right, its about giving people the resources to help make healthier choices for their lives which helps us all.
Its a long term cost savings plan and the stimulus is meant to cover short and long term economic issues.

The gov promoting safe sex and reduced unexpected pregnencies is not like china forcing people to give a certain amount of births of certain genders.
Sheesh.
Its correct that preventing burdens on the system through increased citizen health and less unplanned pregnencies saves money in the long run. Sheesh.
