The Justice system doesn't work because it can't work. It isn't a thing at all but rather a proposition and opposes it's own first principles. It states that nobody has the "right" to murder, kidnap, steal or threaten another person and yet the police reserve ALL of those "rights". How can you expect that system to work? It doesn't even make any sense!

I didn't hear HTWW say that this was "the breaking down of laws". That is itself a fallacy.
I on the other hand would argue that this is exactly how laws work. In favor of those with the guns and the money. 9 times out of 10 anyway, but a cat born with 3 legs doesn't invalidate biology now does it?

I don't see the point in doing that. Media Matters is geared towards liberals who don't watch Fox anyway, so they aren't exposed to their "stupidity". Fox has mostly conservative base who don't give a rat's ass about Media Matters. So, if the people that like Media Matters don't watch Fox, and the people who watch Fox don't listen to what Media Matters has to say, what's the point of Media Matters?
