there are many reasons which lead people to get a breast augmentation. the world doesn't revolve around you and the rest of the male species. usually people get breast augmentations to improve their self confidence, which means making themselves feel more comfortable with a particular body part... they DO NOT necessarily do it to please someone else. too bad Mother Nature couldn't prevent you from becoming ignorant.

You should do it because you want to feel whole again, complete body, not because you feel ugly, etc..

If you it for the wrong reason and it will just spiral downwards and you will regret it later.

Sure getting replacement breast implant if you have removed a breast due to cancer is fine. That is really what plastic surgery is really for. It is its purpose.

It is like getting a mechanical leg when you've lost your real leg.

@labobo you do have a very valid point, BUT confidence, and happiness for SOME not all, but MANY women, is affected by how feminie they FEEL. They do not base this feeling off of what a man thinks or says. I stand by what I say when i use the example of a breast cancer SURVIVOR.
