Yes, this really works. It's like if I am driving and I realize where I want to go is back the other way. I keep going a little ways further to where I can safely turn around and get back on the road comfortably and I feel good now that I know I am not lost. Although I was off track I am now doing the thing, taking action almost without thinking about it, I am closer to my goal. And that feels good to know I am getting what I want.
