well ehm...unless your deoxys is totally messed up then their is no way that the deoxys would win because last time i checked, deoxys has super def and super speed compared to rayquaza....seeing how your deoxys is caught....its way more overpowered....try about a lvl 65 deoxys...then i'd call it a bit even mabye

Hey, this isn't a fair fight, they have the same atk and sp. atk but deoxys is way faster, slap an ice type move on him and you can beat him from level 40, even in his speed form he is still very powerful and, like I said before, incredibly fast. And even without any ice type moves he can still dominate with the same attacking stats.
