The commercial says: "The car for modern people. Trabant 600. Front wheel drive, with a 600 cc engine and fully synchronized gearbox. Royal, tasteful, spacious and also available as 'kombi' ('Van' for us capitalists). A car for people who look ahead.
It's Dutch alright, but the guy has a weird pronunciation, I believe he's German and that the commies hacked Dutch Tv broadcasts to send this commercial. :)
