This guy annoys the heck outta me. I don't care if the words he uses are in the dictionary. There is a context for every pattern of speech and the National Assembly is not the context for this! Am i the only one who sees that his emphasis on colorful diction detracts from his audience's ability and willingness to appreciate his point?

Secondly, to God, tell me, after u have checked the def. of culpability tell me if he uses it well (grammatically) if your answer is yes, Designer, then you are ... well u know what u are. :>
