I find it so funny that nearly everyone has a cell phone, but when the damn thing goes off the first thing out of most people's mouths is " Damn it! Who is calling me?" People cry about personal privacy, well it's gone when you discuss your vaginal acne while walking through Wal-Mart.

As a teenager I agree most of my "friends" are zombies. They call people like me who don't have phones no life. Like they are socially superior because they have a cellphone.

@EAP775150 I agree with you: Cell phones are amazing and they can be very useful but as you say people have become tools of their tools. Well, Thoreau said that! Anyway, the problem is that the majority of people just talk nonsense the same nonsense they would talk in person so it's an extension of their dumbness I guess.

There once was an episode of Star Trek: The next Generation where the entire ship was taken over by a group of people who distributed a head-set device that involved it's user in sort of a simple, virtual game; which turned everyone into zombies and allowed the enemy to effortlessly walk in and take over. I thought that concept was such total bullshit, but oh my God, look at these people in our society today! Iexting on their God damn phone is their GOD! People are such stupid assholes today!

@EAP775150 im only 20, and i can honestly say that people nowadays are fucking idiots...espcaially my age, its really a shame to know that this is the generation i was born into. although technology helps me out in times of need, it also takes its toll on society and turns people into brainwashed zombies who dont have an independent thought...am I the only 20 year old who can think for himself and realizes what society has become?
