大阪ミナミの繁華街。道頓堀に沿う商店街に飲食店が集中。グリコネオン、キリンプラザ大阪、かに道楽本店、づぼらや（ふぐ料理）、くいだおれ、道とん堀大阪支社、道頓堀ホテル、道頓堀極楽通り商店街など、多種多様な看板・建物の店舗があふれている地域である。

Dōtonbori is one of the principal tourist destinations in Osaka, Japan. It is a single shopping/restaurant street, running alongside the Dōtonbori canal, and stretches between the Dōtonboribashi Bridge and the Nipponbashi Bridge. Dōtonbori is officially a part of the Namba district of Osaka, south of Shinsaibashi.
A former pleasure district, Dōtonbori is famous for its surrounding theatres, shops, and restaurants and the many colorful neon and mechanized signs, including snack/candy manufacturer Glico's giant electronic display of a runner crossing the finish line.

道頓堀是一條位於日本大阪府大阪市的運河，以鄰近的戲院、商業及娛樂場所聞名。道頓堀與木津川及東横堀川連接，全長約2.5公里，其名字亦成為大阪市中央區一個町的名稱。
今日的道頓堀是大阪的一個主要商業區域，沿運河兩岸設有商店街及不少飲食店。而河畔的大型霓虹廣告牌，成為大阪的一個標誌。而蟹道樂(かに道楽)總店及其門外長30呎的大型蟹模型，是道頓堀另一著名地點。道頓堀上的固力果霓虹廣告，在2002年韓日世界盃舉行期間，曾被換成日本國家足球隊的球衣，為日本打氣。
