I am proud to be a Gujarati woman - even though I am an NRI. I keep my home and family according to our beautiful culture and raise my son with our sanskar. One of the things I teach my child is to respect all other cultures and to treat everyone in the way he wishes to be treated himself. The saddest thing about our culture is that it devalues and defames women think about our swear words - how disgusting they are towards the very sex we owe our existence to - WOMAN. It must make even God weep.
