  • Lol Been lefted out in the cold could do alot of damage I hope this bus see 2010

  • I've learned that lesson lol, got a bollocking for doing that myself because I was never told it was wrong til after! I'm sure it will see 2010 as it is used as a School bus at Rugby garage now

  • its a volvo we have these in preston

  • The ones you have would be newer than this, from after Volvo took over Leyland, 14--- Olympians are Leylands, 16--- Olympians are Volvos.

  • It's like it's saying Hi to you after it's reversed. :)

Too bad it tried to gass you first ;)

  • Lol, well the blind did have the word Sorry! on it lol so that was another thing it said to me!

  • Good old smokey Gardner. I like a smokey VR or better still a National. I blipped the throttle on an ALX200 Dennis and was promptly told by a mechanic "If I catch you do that again, I'll rip your head off!". I couldn't believe it. I only blipped the throttle for a split second. Anyway, those ALX200s are cross eyed. Ah a cross eyed bus.

  • why does it smoke that much? and why does the driver revs the engine?

  • @stagecoachbuss Thats Leyland Olympian

  • This beast was new to Bedford depot in 1989, travelled on and then drove it and its sister buses many many times out of Biggleswade & Bedford on local routes. They were decent old motors but the Gardner was a life expired engine by 1989 and they should have had Cummins engines really - typical tight arse Stagecoach buying the cheapest stock. I'd left Rugby by the time these arrived from Bedford in 2006.

  • no i dont because i dont smoke
