Dr Robert Peers, an Australian family doctor who studies nutrition, explains how to avoid common life-shortening diseases, and also how to live "younger and stronger" with a low fat diet rich in grains, legumes and citrus - foods that contain a factor that activates hundreds of anti-ageing genes, including a master energy gene. His identification of this "seed factor" is an original discovery.

I read a comment you made on Jimmy Moore's webblog that I found incredible:
"Carbs do not raise insulin levels---dietary fat does..."
Upon awakening, test your BG level. Then eat a bowl of whole wheat pasta with no butter. Then every 10 minutes, test your blood sugar levels with a good glucometer. Since insulin is required to resolve high blood sugar levels unless you're a T1D you're insulin response will be sky high.
Next try this with coconut oil. Notice no change in BG therefore...

what are the top 3 foods that could trigger a genetic mutation, in my body, that would give me an active, "foxo 3a gene"? I think I already know the answer, " there is no such food", but I really hope to be wrong.
