The Saab 9-7x is every bit a Saab and much more. The 9-7x like the BMW X5 is built in the USA (The main market for SUV's).
The 9-7x is availible to the North American markets and availible by selected dealers in Europe.
9-7x production commenced in 2005 and wound up in December 2008 after GM decided to close the factory in Ohio.
New sales continue with left over stock. The US alone continues to sell around 150 each month this year (09).
@katanamaster1707 9-3 Linear is a very good car. I know alot of people think its a laugh but none the less it creates a bad image of the brand and the model in the end. So I guess another joke is 9-3 is just a Vectra right??? No way! Its a Epsilon 1 based car. A fantastic platform indeed.

@nzsaab I am aware that it's based off the GM360 Platform. I was just poking fun at the fact that everyone calls it the Trollblazer.
Trust me, I love Saabs as much as the next Saab Fanatic but I was just trying to have a good time lol. I <3 my 2003 9-3 Linear.

@katanamaster1707 Just like the BMW X5, Merc and Lexus, the Saab 9-7x was produced for mainly the US market so it made finaincial sense to produce here. Also the USA is where the GM360 platform was in production. It all just worked perfectly for Saab, GM and of course the customer.
The Saab 9-7x is NOT a Trailblazer with Saab skin. It is an SUV based off the GM360 platform, like the Chevy and other GM vehicles.

Such a horrible commercial. Why not focus on something like how it's not made in sweden or how it's just a trailblazer with a Saab skin lol jk I'm joking of course. I <3 Saab.
