It's been along time since I commented on one of you videos, it's good to see you're still going strong; I was wondering if you had any techniques/exercises for building wrist strength and if possible a way to practice the habit of keeping my elbows in. Most respectful bows.

Hi Spckeck. Great to hear from you. I hope you have been well. There are many great ways to build strength in the wrists. Just your common push up is great for the wrists as well as the whole body. I have others if you would like me to give you links and such send me a message. As for your keeping your elbows in take a look at the Wing Chun videos here and I think you can gain from learning about Wing Chun. One quick point. If you relax your body your elbows will drop into there proper place.
