Lahinch Surf School

Established in 2002 by Former Irish Surfing Champion John McCarthy, Lahinch Surf School was the first of it's kind in Ireland and is the only Irish Surfing Association recognised Surf School in County Clare, Galway and Limerick areas

All our instructors are expert surfers and most importantly, patient and attentive surf instructors.

At Lahinch Surf School we aim to patiently take you through the complete surf experience. You will learn about water safety, ocean awareness and wave conditions.

the waves at Lahinch are incredible I was just there a few days ago. loved it I cant surf but I was just body surfing. literally every wave was ridable and I rode every one for at least 40 yards. water is cold but bearable. awesome place

I used to surf until I was swallowed by a whale. It shat me out three days later after a goey time. Some say that I still smell of whale poo now and again. Hang on a minute! did you say that since you "found god"?
