Another Roller Movie, and not a good one at that but with a word of thanks

Hi. when i first put these roller vids on youtube it was an attempt to raise awareness of emotion rollers. I had no idea that so many people would look at them. I had just started importing these great rollers from the US to europe. I have sold many and had many happy customers.

Unfortunately this has come to an end. Larry & Jo at insideride, the people who make these, have now sold a licence to Elite (Italy), this is great news for Jo & Larry and just reward for all their hard work.

I would like to thank them for givivng me the opportunity to sell these great items. Thanks. Good luck in the future.

My set of emotions are my favourite training device and I would never sell them. If you get a chance to own or use some, try them. Do not confuse them with standard rollers. I have owned and used both. The difference is immense. It is just like riding your bike, but indoors.

Hi. Could you please do a video about how to stand up (i.e. sprinting out of the seat) on rollers ? Any advice about the session you do, or what to do e.g. cadance, heart rate distance etc. would be great !
