Amazon has also added to their legal section that they will no longer remove books from the device - also, it was only 1 book, and that was because of the publishers. So your books are safe.

FYI 1984 is again in the kindle and if you had bookmarks or annotations they are also back.

you can't just flip it and then open it ? and about the 1984 the publishers decided to take it off the kindle,amazon had nothing to do with it,it's not their fault that the publisher turned out to be a dick.
