I can understand people who have lost everything or the elderly needing food. But other people should have prepared better. I lived through Hurricane Ike and could not believe how many people were lined up in Conroe for water. I passed some people who I know for a fact have the resources to buy the stuff before the hurricane hit and who did not lose anything.
Those people are really shameful.
