Beef Salpicao was originally a Portuguese recipe, but like many other dishes from Europe, it now has its own Filipino version. Using these easy-to-find ingredients, and combining it with these simple but detailed steps, you can make a tasty dish thats as delectable as the classic dish, but as fresh and original as a home cooked meal.
