Somewhere Back in Time is the first single from the forthcoming debut Ascension album 'Far beyond the Stars'.

The album will be released worldwide via Spiritual Beast Records with release date in Japan 21/3/12 with Japanese distribution through Universal Music. European, North American and UK release dates coming soon.

Far Beyond The Stars was produced by Ascension and Andy Larocque at Sonic Train Studios in Varberg, Sweden.

I have just listened to the song Durin's Blane (and it rocks) but I then read the info section and saw it was a old song. So i was wondering if it was going to be released in the upcoming album or not because it sounds great.

@MrFuthaMucka Hey man, thanks for the comments! Durin's Bane is a really old song that was written a few years before it was recorded and was kind of done as a one-off, since it doesn't really represent our current style. On the album you can expect more songs like 'Somewhere Back in Time' but with lots of variation in the form of a ballad, an instrumental and a piece with lots of orchestral elements.
