But with me , I still like to use Futaba GY401 more than 780 or 750 because it holds my helis really tight , very solid
This is just in my opinion

I got Align gyro 780 & 750 ( I bought helis with BNF ) but I have never used them just because I didn't know how to set up then I used GY401
After I watched this video ..... now both of them work good to my helis
About Gear to Gyro or Gear to Gear , that is for transmitter set up , absolutely gyro will not work good if I did set up wrong my DX7

@helicopterjamie 790? There is a GP750 and a GP780, this will describe how to program both of them. The main difference is the delay setting in the GP780, the position of the stick when you press the button will be a different delay setting.

@helicopterjamie For a simple set up and simple sport flying, the 401 is great, but I personally like the performance of the Align gyro better when it comes to anything more demanding on the tail.

Thanks! I think on the GP750 the limits are similar, you set the left limit then the right, but I don't think you'll get the LEDs to give you the confirmation the same way, you just go left limit, wait a few seconds, then the right limit.
