NO This game is about a guy who was possesd and stabed a guy to death and then carved symbols into his hands. Its like the movie 23 only a video game.

It's been a while sense I posted that so I forget,
Google it I guess. I think you find and open the .ini file for the game in wordpad and change a line with US in it to either 1 or 0
Not sure what the .ini file is called or what the line is called anymore. Regardless, it's simple stuff even for an amateur tweaker like me.

Yes, it was hard; but I found that the tip of doing the L/R thing is keeping pressing the two buttons alternatively; it's fine to press them slow, just don't press the same button twice.
