All over the world, civil wars have been analysed using a common model called [Greed and Grievance model].

Well said - This heroic son of a brave Sri Lankan mother, along with thousands of other sons and daughters who have sacrificed their lives in OUR name should be honoured and revered!
Now we must all look for the causes that gave rise to this problem in the first place and address them methodically and fairly.
Ultimate aim should be to achieve a peaceful motherland where people of all religions/races live like one.
There will be hurdles, but if there's a will, there'll be a way!

This Sri Lankan son sacrificed his life to save lives of all Sri Lankans including innocent civilians in Vanni, used as a human shield by your genocide terrorist organisation, the LTTE & co.
