@csutton5 you are twisting my words. when did I say he couldn't compete with other guitarists? I started playing guitar because of Keith. as a John Mayer fan you should know that he has a heavy Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan influence (which is very different from Keith's main influence, Mark Knofler. and I don't know what wikipedia has to do with anything... thanks for enjoying my video.

@csutton5 can't find anyone else with good tone? don't get me wrong, KU is my favourite musician but John Mayer's tone is matchless. I do enjoy KU's melodic solos, in fact Mayer said that he would steal that idea. When Keith does melodic solos (ex- Stupid Boy, Til Summer) it really feels like he's singing through his guitar.
