Anonymous - message regarding fake videos

The following is a message from Anonymous to the general public.

Recently, several false videos and messages have been spread claiming to be from Anonymous. These include threats of violence towards certain people or buildings, and attempts to anger specific religious groups.
We would like to remind you that Anonymous does not want people making bomb or death threats in their ranks, and encourage investigations by the proper authorities if these do occur.
Anonymous also does not oppose any religion or belief system. We think that religion should be free, and people can believe what they want. We have no quarrel with any organization, other than the criminal Church of Scientology, and any entities that fall under its corporate umbrella.

Any messages claiming otherwise are made in an attempt to defame and discredit Anonymous. This is completely in line with Scientology's infamous "Fair Game" policy, where critics of the Church "may be tricked, sued, lied to or destroyed". We do not wear masks because we have something to hide, but because we want to avoid retaliation from the Church, which has a long, well-documented history of harassing critics.

The idea of anonymous is that there is no face. There is no belief. There is no structure. There is no liberty and there is no oppression. Anon is forgotten for what it really is

Granted, there are people saying "LAWLZ WE WILL RAID THIS" without even making a plan, and just expect something to happen, there is no pretending to be Anon because all belong to the idea.
