As data center and IT managers continue to show preference for products that aide in data center energy reduction, Emerson Network Power has introduced a technologically-enhanced, chilled water-based computer room air conditioning unit (CRAC) that offers greater energy savings to large data centers. The Liebert CW chilled water-based precision cooling system is specifically designed to handle the high heat loads generated by computers and other electronic equipment, using an existing building chiller as a source of chilled water cooling.
