This is a tribute to Accept and one of the best metal songs of the early 80s, Balls To The Wall.
I remember when we discovered the album in Australia around 1984 (in country Victoria), and it blew us away, this song in particular. Balls to the Wall was also on a K-Tel double cassette called Metal Madness that I listened to endlessly.
I still have this song as one of my ringtones, as I never tire of hearing the crunching opening riff...
(The album version is banned on youtube, so this is live from Donnington in 1984)

@jinglekeys43 actually the term "balls to the wall" was around before airplanes, the expression comes from the days of the steam engine, they had balls as weights in the centrifigul governor, and when the engine was going full throttle the weights were out to the extreme, practically touching the walls of the housing. You are correct though that the term "balls to the wall" means to go at full speed.
