  • You really have a beautiful swing, very graceful. It looks smooth and effortless.

I'm not expert, but a suggestion (and something I struggle with myself on one-handed backhands) is to add a little bit more upward motion with the shoulder. Possibly even drop your racquet head a bit lower before contact, and really lift with the shoulder.

Though, it really is all personal preference and whatever feels natural. Just suggestion

  • @CCPfilm Thanks for the comment. If I'm understanding you correctly, I wouldn't do that. Why force the swing upwards when the arm will naturally go up if you swing forward?

  • Your shoulders are opening up too soon, everything else looks just great. Look up at Federer's and Gasquet's backhands in slow motion if you want confirmation.

  • forehand is easy for me it's just my backhand i have troubles with... do you think i should use two hand or one hand backhand?

  • little topspin but good strokes

  • I´m getting pretty close to being able to hit this one handed backhand, but I´m still struggling with some mishits and a bit of a sidespin, instead of topspin. Any tips on how to adjust?
