Neighb'rhood Childr'n- Long Years in Space

The Neighb'rhood Childr'n are a psychedelic band originating from Phoenix, Oregon. During their early start, they were first known as The Navarros.

They later moved to San Francisco and
did multiple gigs and recorded a self titled album in 1968. They have opened for The Who and The Grass Roots. They can be compared to Jefferson Airplane, along with other more popular bands at the time. They later changed their name to White Horse, but disbanded in 1970 because they could not find a label that would release their second album.
A compilation was released in 1997 from them titled "Long Years in Space" and featured all songs from their first album and bonus tracks.

You folks created one of the greatest albums of the 1960s (better than anything Airplane had to offer) - make no mistake! Truly some timeless songs. I'm listening to it at the moment and never get bored of it. Trying hard to spread the word and keep the fire burning here in the UK.
