2008年試錄的影片
1.手打熱鮮奶約30~40下(鮮奶約60度)
2.塞風煮好的咖啡加入適量可可粉
3.把打好的奶泡倒入拉花鋼杯
4.輕敲及搖晃鋼杯減少氣泡
5.開始拉花~
6.檢討:鮮奶過少,奶泡量略多了些,造成後段倒出的都是奶泡!
