@sadeviant : Well, it's no wax, it's a 10'' record made of "Shellac" (as one of the ingrediants). And it's "only" around 80 years old. But thanks for the nice comment :-)

Late 'twenties Okehs (issued in England on Parlophone) were very well recorded-sometimes

too much treble and not enough bass-another great record by this band was "my kinda love" with a lovely early Bing Crosby vocal.

amazing quality... i wish i could have had the opportunity to grow up with this music instead of all the crap today, and boy, would i love to get my hands on an old record player and a box of dorsey and sinatra records!
