Stryke Airsoft: Echo 1 Master Series MP5 Review Part I

Basic review of the Echo 1 Master Series MP5's. Gun comes with 2 gearboxes, one for "indoor" and one for "outdoor". Full metal build, working charging handle, metal RIS, metal scope mount, 2 hicap magazines, and a quick-takedown lower receiver.

The red gearbox is the outdoor gearbox, which shoots over 400fps with .20's. The stock gearbox shoots around 360fps average. I can imagine when the spring settles that the power will settle at about ~350.

Overall a very solid gun, unlike the Vector Arms line, this is night and day, full functional charging handle, easy takedown body, easy to get to the hopup and barrel, overall a more solid package than the Vector Arms. You will definitely notice why this model is more expensive than the Vector Arms line.

If you're looking for a higher end MP5 this is a great choice, although priced high and in the league of the G&G and CA it stands out by offering 2 gearboxes. If anything if you don't care for the indoor and outdoor difference, you can always just have a spare gearbox in case your gun goes down mid-game or day.
