  • I am so excited for you!!! i have started my new journey as well & have been strong at it everday from day 1 . . .so lets GET IT . . .i also have created a new channel so go check out ^_^ And good Luck on your journey ill be watching

  • && remember to burn fat you must do an hr of cardio!!!

  • remember sweety drink lotttttttt lotta water!!!! thats very important in any weight loss journey. Aim for 4-5 glasses a day but start small may 2-3 glasses. Eat veggies mostly you can fill up on them and wont feel bad. When you go out eat 1/2 of your meal or when you prepare eat 1/2...if youre still hungry eat veggies!!! cut as much sugar as you can!! limit your fruits. Cut out bread....cant say that one enough. BREAD=SUGAR!!!! i promise you will see results. Try to work out 5/7 days of the wk.

  • Congratulations!.. Keep pushing! Sub my channel, I give out a lot of great advice that you can use to help you along the way.. I also point to other resources that you can use that get get you closer to your goals..
