remember sweety drink lotttttttt lotta water!!!! thats very important in any weight loss journey. Aim for 4-5 glasses a day but start small may 2-3 glasses. Eat veggies mostly you can fill up on them and wont feel bad. When you go out eat 1/2 of your meal or when you prepare eat 1/2...if youre still hungry eat veggies!!! cut as much sugar as you can!! limit your fruits. Cut out bread....cant say that one enough. BREAD=SUGAR!!!! i promise you will see results. Try to work out 5/7 days of the wk.
