@kantoothechameleon Seriously? It's been like..half a year since i made the comment. I can't even find it. Give me a fucking break, i said something stupid and learned to keep my mouth shut. Damn trolls.

@erric245 Why yes i do know what heart and soul is :) as in i put all my heart and soul into my poetry, and my heart melted when i first held my niece. Music is my heart and soul, without it im pretty sure i would kill myself.

@areahisawesome first of all, you spelled "sticatto" wrong...it's "staccato" and, he doesn't sing staccato, he sings a jazzy legato! do you know how to spell that one? get your "big words" straight before you throw them around trying to sound "cool".

He's beautiful voice ≧-≦♥

ok people. i completely understand trying to stay true to the original version but it's pretty apparent the Michael Buble does NOT "suck". he's truly talented and has a great voice. He's just putting his own spin on a classic. nothing wrong with that.

So I just listened to the van morrison version to see what all the hubbub was about..... I like this version a lot more. It suits MB better. It's just more his style.

@erric245 I'm a senior music major in college, and im glad you pointed that out! it makes me so mad when people think they know what they are talking about
even though they clearly dont!

@areahisawesome I see exactly how you were mistaken, what went through your mind. Xulonos316 and erric245 were a bit harsh on you, but they were correct. Staccato is rarely ever sung; almost all vocalists sing legato--staccato is more often used with instrumental music, such as piano. If he sang staccato, he. would. sing. like. this. You're mistaking his jazzy, broken up-lines--which I don't particularly like--for staccato, and I don't blame you for that. You're still learning.

@411319934512 Van Morrison's voice is sultry in that song. And the melody makes it smooth. It's a nice contrast: smooth jazzy sound in a husky voice lol just like night: beautiful, sexy, made to dance to.
@areahisawesome I'm a junior music major in college, and I'm a vocalist. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about because you used the term without understanding it. He sings legato throughout the whole piece. You need to understand your terminology before you start throwing fancy sounding words around.

I'm one who likes both Van Morrison's version & Bubles' jazzier version. I like it that he didn't do it like VM...
