  • His Russian is awesome! Just a few wrong stresses and a very light accent. But Russian is so difficult that it takes a genius to know it THIS well by Johnny's age!

  • He speaks Russian really well, no grammar mistakes or anything like that, and his pronunciation is really good, too... amazing :)

    Good Luck Johnny Weir!!!

  • he looks so focused lol

  • I'm envious of Johnny in the respect that he grew up in America at a time when Americans stopped being afraid of Russia and Russians and fear was being replaced by curiosity. Johnny probably scared his parents and school teachers when he embraced all things Russian at an early age BUT the victory lay in the fact that it was accepted and encouraged and nobody saw any reason to change it.

  • The 8th of March is my birthday! :D That's so cool!

  • damn his russian is HOT! <3 <3 <3

  • @AndradeSha Thanks

  • @AndradeSha oh thanks

  • I had no idea he speaks Russian! That is awesome. I read up on his biography and he is a self proclaimed "Russophile" which means he is obsessed with all things Russian. He also collect Cheburashka memorabilia! How cute! Good luck with everything, Johnny!

  • I have nooo idea what he is saying, but the other day when I was learning a bit Russian frm my Ukraine friend & chatting with her, she told me about this Women's Day that she also celebrated this day. Long time ago, she also told me when to celebrate X'mas in Ukraine & Russia. Having friends frm other countries & getting to know other cultures & customs have broaden my knowledge and it is my tremendous pleasure & treasure. hope I can learn more about Russia thru him^^ Thank you for this vid^^
