And this is why Nine will ALWAYS be my favourite Doctor. He came the closest to being human, gave in to his overpowering emotions and just got angry when he felt angry. He still felt all the hurt and the rage from the Time War, and for that while he thought about how small humans are but just how big they make themselves seem. This angers him at first, but then he realises it becomes such a strength for them. Nine's character is developed the most in New Who, and I adore him.

Even though Eccleston is overlooked in the pantheon of Doctors due to his short run, to me he was the most interesting due to his war veteran mental state. He seemed so unstable and conflicted that his character had great depth. Don't think that this is in anyway a slight on David and Matt. Those guys are genius and deserve all the credit they get.
