When the octopus turns purple and brown it means he's mad... So whoever shot this video was pretty lucky the octopus didn't bite him...

@craigsj well i guess an auto mechanic accidentally flushed it down the crapper. LOL! nah i kid, i know sponges are also sea life
-
how could any one make it close to one without being bitten?! ...oh, right, submarines
-
@polywhat Same with the Central Bearded Dragon. Their saliva is also dangerous. It makes you very sick, and it's extremely rare cases, you can die. But bearded dragons are usually very very nice and will never lick you. If they do, just wash your hands with soap, no big deal.

Oh yes Jarda the Spanish guitars are truly ROMANTIC to the ladies. Nothing more melodious to the soul. The vid is beautiful with this choice of genre. :-))) Just what I need to go to bed. Romantic and it is Valentine's Day right now. :-) I will not think about the deadly FISH. :-)

works with blue rings but not with box jellyfish
with a box jellyfish they sting you you die 8 minutes afterwards then they do cpr brign you back more poison pumps around your body and you die again and i spose thats why the box jellyfish is the most deadly living thing on earth.
blue rings are also known as yank killers cause they live in rock pools and americans cant help but stick there hand in and grab one resulting in them usually dying as they dont know there poisonous

are you retarded. of course they are. what the hell does the water have to do with it. its not a poison they carry. its the bacteria in their saliva that kills you. water. doesnt make a difference

True mate, but you can keep the person alive with mouth to mouth resusitation, when the ambulance gets to you they just keep you breathing artificially, then the hospital does the same until the toxin wears off. they are expecting big things in the way of medicines, from the study of the venom
-
no, they are still quite poisonous. The venom is in the bite and will kill you whether you are in the water or out when you receive it.
