Chef Robert Danhi shared his personal experience to be a chef who are passionate about Asian Cuisine and his favorite dishes during his session with chef Martin Yan at 2008 ACF (American Culinary Federation) National Convention being held July 13-17, 2008, at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.

His upcoming cookbook 'Southeast Asian Flavors' ,which is expected to be available from this October comes with 400 pages including more than 100 authentic recipes with 700 color photographs that is taken by chef Robert Danhi himself in the field. It offers variety of adventures in cooking the foods of Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.
