@PastorErickDMarquez A book that Arnold uses does not recommend any vinegars. Citrus juice (lime, lemon, orange, etc) would be what he and that book would choose. Doug Graham (who wrote The 80/10/10 Diet) would say that whatever you are eating should be (Whole, Fresh, Ripe, Raw, Organic) so vinegar does not qualify. Overall there are many things that satisfy the "sour" or "acid" taste need and it if "feels" right to you it may be time to move away from vinegars.

@PastorErickDMarquez Hi! Arnold's green smoothies are 2 dates, 4 leaves of (kale/collard), 1 apple, 1 pear, 2-3 bananas. Water to consistency / taste. This is a starter recipe. Greens are best when blended and fresh so they can deliver the green. A basic blender is all that is required to start, but a Vitamix or other similar blender delivers a nicer smoothie. If you can please use organic produce and be as fresh as possible. Take care and please ask questions if you have them.

That's awesome! Great to hear "everyone's got their moments" helps us all know that we shouldn't be beating ourselves up if we're not "100%" :D
