At a campaign fundraiser for Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer, President Obama faced a group of hecklers demanding to know what he was doing to get rid of the "don't ask don't tell" policy that prevents gays from serving openly in the military. (April 19)

@linkerlinlink The American dream is about convincing the poor and the sick that somehow they too can be rich, despite the fact that less then 1% own 80% of the wealth. Universal health works, and means that poor people can be treated in hospital. It is only the mark of an uncivilised and depraved country not to have it. I would rather live in France then America.
