He then visits the Pueblos in New Mexico, especially Acoma, the first encounter of old and new world religions.

Robert Hughes then comments on the "pious ethno-kitsch" of cotemporary Santa Fe, and the ubiquitous Adobe style....Georgia O'Keefe and D.H. Lawrence
