  • I suppose it is easy to be critical. It's not about being smart as even brilliant people make mistakes. Mehserle appeared to have mistaken his firearm for his Taser in a volatile situation that has been covered by several different cameras, some showing more than others as far as the crowd and physical confrontation that took place.

  • Hey, the evidence in the court showed that there was no volatile situation. Also, the hand used to fire the taser is not the same as the weapon hand. Hey, the defense has been successful in pushing the mistake but you doctor should not cut off you balls instead of apendix.

  • @Hi675445 Agreed...this video just makes the guy look obnoxious and belligerent.

  • they are not going to answer a silly question like that if i was a cop i would ignore you to because otherwise it gust going to start a silly argument and it mite led u in to being arrested for wasting police/Sheriffs time so they are hoping if they ignore u will get bored and walk off

  • HAHAHA I LOVE IT.....SO THERE FOR THEY SHOULD WORK FOR BART HAHHAH MADE THEM FEEL HELLA DUMB

  • he knew it was his gun dude even then the kid was laying face down!!!! come on the fucking cop just snapped and shot him dont be a moron

  • Yes they can get mixed up. Satisfied?

  • I have seen 4 different videos on youtube that present four different and unique perspectives. One shows a quiet setting dominated by cops. One shows a rowdy crowd with pushing and shoving. One shows an officer "punching" Grant, and then guess what? Another shows that it wasn't a punch at all.

The judge ruled that trial would go forward. That is all. Cutting off your balls instead of your appendix is a good analogy if you remember that what they have to prove is "intent",which is absent here.
