Nikki Blakk talks to Avenged Sevenfold guitarist Zacky Vengeance before their free show at the HP Pavillion in San Jose December 16th. Zacky talks about why they had to drop out of the Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival show in Mountain View, CA, his memories of A7Xs first show after drummer and founding member Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan passed away, their relationship with former "Dream Theater" drummer Mike Portnoy, and more.

God,there's too much confusion.. I don't know,they have said a lot of different things during this cycle of tours,and I'm really confused :/ Will they have a break? When? Will they perform on summer? But mostly,will they stay together,as a band? I'm a bit worried,because I don't want them to feel tired like this. It's like they don't want to perform anymore,at the moment. But I love them too much,to see them like this,especially Zack. <3

@VictoryAndVengeance In the interview he explains the time line- They'll play some more shows and then take a break for a few months. During the summer, they'll begin writing a new album and plan to take it as is comes, without a hard deadline to meet fro the new album.
