@orcasquall Not bad thinking in general. I quite like what is said here, apart from the smiling thing, but definitely some excellent thinking that I have been considering a lot.

150 videos seem achievable. But that's not very challenging. How about making as many different types of videos as possible? Skits, mimes, artistic, musical, colourful, verbal, and I don't know what else.

And I think punishments seem... blase. Everyone's doing them, and YouTube becomes a place where people come to see other people make a fool of themselves. How about a quarterly (3 months) target reward?

But if you're bent on punishments, how about a video where you smile? :)
