@mesajoseantonio Te lo tienes que hacer. Ve a una chatarreria compra un muelle de un coche. Quiizas hasta te lo den es muy barato lo mandas soldar a una base le introduce un palo forrado de tela y ya esta.

@gibsonbailey ok in the kung fu world MA? cuz i know every art has loop holes but if you CLF against a aikido or hapkido it's would destroy CLF..beside that i heard that wing chun will pawn this style cuz of it quicknes ..not even mantis grab and trap toward this style.i know for fact this is not second in the world..there MMA whiche i hate to mention. and so on.

@gibsonbailey i consider the striking they do it's dangerous when you at risk getting you elbow joints broken;;to me it's this is like the tkd of kung fu arts . i'm sure you learn something here you can't learn from other art..
