My wife and I miss her unbelievably...24 weeks on her.

Went with the barefoot cruises over 30 times from 2000 till there demise. They still have $4000.00 of mine and I am not sorry for any of it. Great ships, great crews and great people. Especially enjoyed sailing with Capt Matt and his crew on the Mandalay. My favorite.

It sucks that Windjammer Cruise Line will be shutting down operations completely because tall ships are freakin' beautiful in all their billowy sail splendor and loaded with great history.I always wanted to sail aboard Madalay or Polynesia but was never able to scrape the money together.I've seen videos of them plying their trade in the Caribbean but it just isn't the same as being there.Sail on you beautiful ladies in your new lives with other lines or where ever fate takes you in life.

Thank god she wasn't striped! I am glad to hear she was sold to another sailing company. It wont be the same as a Windjammer though! Firing the canon was by far the best part!
